The customer reported that the engine warning light was on and there was intermittent hesitation on take-off.

The vehicle exhibited lean running conditions under load, particularly at highway speeds, with fault code P0171 (System Too Lean, Bank 1) consistently returning after clearing. Despite oxygen sensor replacement and cleaning of the mass airflow sensor (MAF) and throttle body, the fault persisted.
