The brakes intermittently lock on by themselves while driving. After waiting around an hour for the system to cool down, the vehicle can be driven again. The front brakes appear to be dragging, with the front discs noticeably hotter than the rear. The customer also reported high fuel consumption and that the brake lights come on during these events.

The vehicle exhibited a condition where brake pressure would build up by itself, both while stationary and while driving. With the engine off, the brake pedal could be pumped to exhaust vacuum, but upon restarting, the pedal would slowly sink by approximately 50mm without any driver input. At this point, the brakes would begin to lock on, with the live data confirming brake pressure being applied. Brakes would release if the pedal was pulled back with the foot or if vacuum was disconnected from the booster.
