The customer reported that when the vehicle was left overnight, it would stall on the first startup.

On cold starts after sitting overnight, the vehicle would stall immediately or on subsequent attempts. Fuel pressure measured 42 psi while running, but after sitting overnight, it dropped to 15 psi. Pressure recovered quickly on cranking, and the vehicle would start with a brief stumble before stabilising. A slight misfire was noted at idle, though no diagnostic codes were stored. The vehicle had previously had a genuine idle control valve replaced.
