The customer reported that the engine warning light would illuminate and the vehicle would enter limp mode.

The vehicle consistently went into limp mode after 1–2 hours of driving, often triggered when cancelling cruise control. Restarting the engine would temporarily clear the fault, but the issue would quickly return. Fault codes P0101 (MAF sensor performance) and P0402 (EGR flow excessive) were stored.
