The vehicle came into the workshop to have a nudge bar replaced with a bull bar and LED spotlights fitted. After the installation was completed, the vehicle would not start.

When attempting to start the vehicle, the 4LO light on the dash flashed, and the engine would not crank. A scan tool was connected, but there was no communication with the engine or transmission ECUs. Disconnecting the spotlights made no difference.
