The vehicle would not start after fitting a new EGR cooler.

Problem Summary

After the EGR cooler was replaced, the vehicle initially started then stalled. Subsequent cranking showed no fault codes and rail pressure was confirmed as correct. Injectors appeared not to be triggering, despite power supply being present. Even after fitting a second-hand ECU, the issue remained unchanged. The engine would start only when using starting fluid.
