The vehicle will not start, and the key remote is inoperative.

The customer reported that the remote would not lock or unlock the doors, the lock button on the driver’s door handle was also inoperative, and the ignition barrel would not rotate when the key blade was inserted. As a result, the vehicle would not start, and there were no symptoms leading up to the failure.
