The engine fault code P2463 (Particulate Filter Restriction – Soot Accumulation) was present. After clearing, the light stayed off for a few days before returning. A forced regeneration was attempted, but the process failed with code P2458 (Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Duration), as the burn cycle would cut out after approximately 45 minutes without reducing soot load.
