The customer reported that the vehicle would sometimes cut out when taking off from a stop, such as at traffic lights. The engine would first stutter, then fail to accelerate, cut out, but restart immediately afterward.

The vehicle experienced intermittent stalling on take-off with associated hesitation and poor acceleration. Fault codes for oxygen sensor readings switching between rich and lean conditions were stored, but the underlying issue was related to the LPG system.
