The customer reported that the air conditioning was blowing cool air on the driver’s side but warm air on the passenger side. Additionally, the airflow direction could not be adjusted from the windscreen to other vents, and only a slight amount of air could be felt through the face vents.

The HVAC system was not distributing airflow correctly and was providing uneven air temperatures between driver and passenger sides. Initial checks of refrigerant charge and HVAC actuators showed no obvious issues, and a new HVAC module was fitted but not able to be programmed with the available scan tool.
