The vehicle makes a loud clunking noise when driving, even at low speeds in both forward and reverse.

A repeated loud clunking noise is present whether the vehicle is moving or stationary. The noise occurs when backing up, moving forward, or even when holding the brake and increasing engine revs. On inspection, the rear driveshaft was observed to twitch by about 5 degrees back and forth under load.
