The customer reported a no-start condition. The engine would not crank when the push-start button was pressed.

When attempting to start, the ignition would briefly power up for about half a second before shutting down. Although the push-start button and brake pedal recognition were functioning correctly, the ignition relays were not being held on. The dash would momentarily illuminate and then go blank, leaving the vehicle with no ignition and unable to start.
