The park brake was inoperative, accompanied by a constant warning and beeping. Brake lights were also not functioning correctly, with further faults appearing after attempting to apply the park brake.

The vehicle had multiple electrical faults logged across several modules, but the most relevant related to the brake switch and park brake operation. The brake lights only worked intermittently, and the park brake module produced no response.
