Will not change gears, high transmission line pressure, warning lights on.

Found the engine warning light and the traction control warning light are on.
When shifting from Park to Reverse/Neutral, the gear changes are very harsh and clunky.

The car was towed to an automatic transmission repairer due to the car not changing gears (feeling stuck in 3rd gear).
The transmission lead frame was replaced (housing the in/output speed sensors, transmission fluid temp sensor, etc.).
The workshop states this has not changed the issue.
