The vehicle will not start.

The vehicle was driven approximately 5 km before the engine failed to crank or start shortly after being parked. It was later towed to the workshop, where it intermittently started before again becoming a no-start condition. The diagnostic scan tool was unable to communicate with the ECU, showing “no ECU available.”
