The vehicle overheats after approximately ten minutes of driving above 80 km/h. The customer also reported loss of power and excessive black smoke under load.

The engine was running hot and lacked power during highway driving, accompanied by heavy black smoke. The vehicle did not overheat at lower speeds. Testing showed the turbocharger was not producing sufficient boost pressure. When the turbo actuator was manually controlled with an external vacuum source, boost returned to normal and the overheating stopped, indicating a boost control issue.
