Vehicle presented after multiple turbocharger failures within a short period. The latest turbo had suffered major mechanical failure, with the exhaust turbine seized and the shaft snapped. Several related DTCs were stored including turbocharger and intake air temperature sensor faults, though many had been cleared by a previous workshop.
