The vehicle will not start. With the push-button start pressed and the brake pedal applied, all dash lights illuminate normally but there is no cranking, and “Immobiliser Active” is displayed.

The vehicle presented with a complete no-crank, no-start condition accompanied by widespread communication faults across the network. The immobiliser message suggested a security-related start inhibition, yet the vehicle recognised the key. The starter motor itself was functional, as bridging the starter relay produced normal cranking. A network disruption or power/ground integrity fault was suspected.
