Vehicle will not start.

The customer initially brought the vehicle in with an air conditioning fault. During subsequent inspection, the vehicle developed a no-start condition. The engine cranks but will not start, and there is no fuel pressure. Power was confirmed into the fuel pump relay but none out. The fuel pump was powered directly, but even then, the engine would crank without starting, suggesting the fault was not limited to the fuel pump circuit alone.
