The vehicle is difficult to start in the morning. Once it starts for the first time, it will restart easily for the remainder of the day.

The engine would crank normally but fail to start during the first start attempt of the day. After two or three cranking attempts, the engine would start and then run smoothly. Once started, it could be restarted repeatedly without issue, provided it was not left overnight.
