Engine stalls and runs rough during operation.

The engine intermittently stalled and ran rough, particularly as it warmed up. Fault code P1381 – Camshaft Position Timing Over-Advanced (Bank 1) was stored. After clearing, the fault consistently reappeared within minutes of driving.
