The customer reported that the engine warning light flashes and the vehicle loses power, usually when driving uphill or under heavy throttle.

The engine experienced an intermittent misfire accompanied by a flashing check engine light and significant loss of power. Once throttle input was reduced, the warning light stopped flashing and normal performance returned.
