The customer reported that the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) was illuminated and the vehicle was stuck in limp mode.

The vehicle had multiple cylinder balance fault codes active for all four cylinders, resulting in low power and limp mode. Despite new injectors being fitted and the intake and DPF system cleaned, the faults remained and could not be cleared.
