Problem Summary

Scanned vehicle:
P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected.

Carried out a visual inspection of the engine bay. Removed the intake pipe and used a bore scope to inspect the throttle body and intake manifold. Found extreme exhaust deposits/EGR sludge etc in the intake manifold and EGR port from the valve to the intake manifold.
