Runs rough, lack of power, MIL on.
Has been to several other garages.
Other garage said "it's running rich", but could not explain how or why.
Sparkplugs, coils, injectors, fuelpump, the 2x solenoids for the manifold runners and the ECM have apparently been replaced. There is also clear evidence that the timing cover, valve cover and the sump have been off recently.

Initial code scan revealed:
P2188 - System too rich at idle {{pic1}}.

A quick look at scandata shows fuel trims (-22 total) are off and the MAF reading was too high (4.7 g/s at hot idle) {{pic2}}. Let's get it inside and dig further.
