On acceleration, the engine warning light would come on, the vehicle would go into limp home mode and have no power on acceleration.

The vehicle would drive normally from a standstill, but as soon as the accelerator was applied, the engine warning light would illuminate, and the vehicle would enter limp mode with severe loss of power. Fault code returned immediately after clearing.
