Customer Complaint

Power windows were not working most of the time, with the right-hand rear window not working at all.

Problem Summary

The power windows, except for the right-hand rear, would operate only briefly and then stop working again until the ignition was switched off for around 10 minutes and then turned back on. The cycle would then repeat. The fault was caused by shorted wiring associated with the right-hand rear window circuit, which was overloading and heating the resetting circuit breaker.
