Vehicle would not start after cylinder head replacement. Engine had previously overheated, requiring cylinder head, EGR cooler, and radiator replacement.

Vehicle would not start with fault code P0341-00 (Camshaft Position Sensor A - Performance) stored. Code returned immediately after clearing. The technician found that disconnecting the camshaft position sensor allowed the engine to start and run, but the engine would not start with the sensor connected. The engine would continue to run if the sensor was reconnected while already running.
