The customer reported significant cabin vibration at idle, felt through the steering wheel, doors and centre console, accompanied by an occasional popping noise from the exhaust as engine RPM dipped momentarily.

Problem Summary

The vehicle exhibited a noticeable cabin vibration only at idle, with no vibration present while driving. A momentary RPM dip and exhaust popping were observed each time the engine settled to idle, and on one occasion the engine stalled when shifted into reverse after extended idling. Prior to arrival, the injectors, fuel filter, and air filter had been replaced and the mass airflow sensor had been cleaned without resolving the issue.
