The customer reported engine vibration after replacement of the oxygen sensors and mass air flow sensor.

A scan-tool inspection identified P0171 – System Too Lean Bank 1 and P0113 – Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Input. The engine/EV control system malfunction code C1201 was not included because it was consequential to the engine fault.
