The engine overheated, with gurgling from the header tank and pressure being relieved at the radiator. A Drive-Start Control Malfunction warning was displayed in the instrument cluster and the vehicle was towed home.

Coolant staining was visible near the header tank and the coolant level was slightly low but remained above the minimum mark. The cooling system was pressure tested with no external leak found.
