The radio and vehicle accessories intermittently remained powered after the Start button was pressed to switch the vehicle off. At other times, the vehicle shut down normally.

The customer demonstrated the fault at vehicle drop-off. Initial checks included an exterior-light inspection, charging-system test and battery test. A vehicle network scan was completed and no fault codes relevant to the concern were stored.
