The customer reported the DPF warning light coming on and the vehicle dropping into limp mode.

The vehicle arrived with the DPF warning light illuminated and the engine entering limp mode. The soot level was building up far more quickly than normal and would return soon after being reset, and the condition had been worsening over the previous few weeks with the vehicle no longer completing a self burn. Repair history on the vehicle included removal of the gearbox to replace the flexi plate, replacement of all injectors and replacement of the timing chain.
