The customer reported that the central locking remote was not operating. The remote battery had already been replaced with no improvement.

A scan tool was connected and faults B2321 – Driver Door Module Communication Stop and B2312 – Master Switch Driver Door Malfunction were retrieved. Loose battery terminals were also noted and required attention before relying on electrical-system diagnosis.
