Problem Summary

The engine light had returned three months after a front oxygen-sensor replacement. An AFI OXY2741 sensor had been fitted. Both oxygen sensors were later replaced with genuine units and the vehicle initially ran well, but the engine light returned with P0420 and a lean-mixture problem.
