Code Information

DTC C1101 is a chassis code set by the ABS module when it detects a failure in a hydraulic valve circuit. The ABS hydraulic control unit contains solenoid valves, typically an isolation and a dump valve for each channel, that the module energises to modulate brake pressure during anti lock, traction control, and stability events.
