Code Information

The ABS and stability control module monitors the hydraulic control unit pressure and flow circuits to confirm the system can build and modulate brake pressure on demand. DTC C1159 sets when the module detects that the hydraulic fluid pressure and flow control circuit, which includes the pressure sensor and the switch over (isolation) solenoid valve, is shorted to ground.
