C1467 is a manufacturer-specific chassis diagnostic trouble code. It belongs to the C-prefix family of codes, which covers chassis, braking, steering, suspension, or stability-control faults.
When C1467 is stored, the module has detected a short-circuit (voltage pulled to ground or to supply) in the monitored circuit; and a signal or supply voltage higher than the expected operating range.
Scanning & clearing: Chassis (C) codes are stored in the ABS, traction control, or stability-control modules. An enhanced or OEM-level scan tool is usually required to read and clear them.

The C1467 fault code indicates the suspension control module has detected a short to battery voltage on the high side of the rear damper circuit. On platforms where the damper solenoids are driven by H bridge or high side switching topology, the module controls the high side (battery feed) of the damper coil separately from the low side (ground return). The high side switch supplies battery voltage to the rear damper coils when commanded; this code is set when the module detects battery voltage on the rear high side circuit when it should be off, indicating the high side switch is stuck closed...
