DTC P0019 is a camshaft to crankshaft correlation fault for the exhaust camshaft on bank 2 (the Sensor B position). The Engine Control Module compares the bank 2 exhaust camshaft position sensor signal against the crankshaft position sensor and sets this code when the two fall outside the allowable timing correlation window, meaning the camshaft is mechanically advanced or retarded relative to where the ECM commands it.
