DTC B1369 is set by the Body Control Module when it detects battery voltage stuck on the ignition tach signal circuit. The tach line is normally a switching square wave from the powertrain control module or ignition module that pulses with each ignition event, and the BCM uses this signal to display engine speed and to enable speed dependent body functions such as auto door lock, intermittent wiper interval, and antitheft cranking authority.
