Code Information

The B1964 code is set when the Driver Seat Module (DSM) or seat memory module detects that the horizontal forward/rearward potentiometer feedback signal is shorted to battery voltage. This potentiometer rides with the seat slide track and normally reports a position signal that swings between approximately 0.5 volts and 4.5 volts over the full slide range.
