Code Information

The Body Control Module (BCM) drives the driver window motor through an internal H bridge that supplies switched power and ground to either the up or down direction, with current sensing on each leg for protection. DTC B2195 sets when the BCM detects that one of the driver window motor power outputs (up or down) has shorted to ground, indicated by excessive current draw or a clamped output voltage when the motor is commanded.
