DTC B2339 indicates that the module monitoring the exterior mirror switch has detected one or more of the switch input lines pulled down to chassis ground when it should be sitting at its normal idle reference. The mirror switch network is held at a defined voltage by the controlling module and only steps to ground or to a resistor ladder value when the driver operates a direction.
