Code Information

DTC P0041 sets when the Engine Control Module determines that the signals from the two downstream oxygen sensors, bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2, appear to be swapped between banks. These are the sensors mounted after the catalytic converters, used mainly to monitor converter efficiency and to fine trim fuel control.
