Code Information

The chassis acceleration sensor, or G sensor, measures vehicle acceleration forces and returns a voltage signal to the control module that manages systems such as all wheel drive torque distribution or vehicle stability. DTC P1308 sets when the module sees the acceleration sensor signal voltage stay below the normal operating range, a low signal that does not rise to its expected rest value or respond to vehicle motion.
