Code Information

This Lexus ignition system fires each coil through an igniter, with the ECM issuing an IGT timing command and reading an IGF confirmation pulse to verify each spark event. DTC P1325 sets when the ECM commands the number 6 igniter circuit but the IGF confirmation is missing or incorrect, or it senses an electrical fault in that circuit. The common cause is a number 6 coil or igniter that is not firing, or an open or short in the IGT or IGF wiring for that cylinder. The engine may misfire on cylinder 6, idle unevenly, lack power, or crank without starting when this code is present.
