DTC B0030 sets when the Restraints Control Module (RCM) finds the right hand front (RHF) seatbelt pretensioner deployment loop reading outside its expected resistance or voltage range. Rather than a clean open or a hard short, this code usually reflects a marginal or intermittent value that drifts past the acceptable limits, often as the harness flexes or a connection makes and breaks. Because the RCM can no longer confirm the pretensioner loop is healthy, it treats the circuit as unreliable for deployment.
