Customer Complaint

Water dripping on passengers floor.

Took vehicle for an engine service and since then the blower doesn't work.

Problem Summary

Put vehicle on the hoist and removed the heat shields to access the drain hole.

Remove the center console to access the drain pipe. The heater box sits hard against the transmission tunnel. This can make it difficult to unblock the drain if there is a lot of debris build up.
