ECM light on dash + warning light squiggly line or looks like a spring, engine wont go over 30 kms/hr.

Vehicle had only done 50,000kms.
Looked at back of engine some tubes from exhaust go into mechanism behind motor with a motor and wires connected to the back of it. Have removed the little motor to reveal a sector gear runs on the motor or sensor gear. Image of the suspected faulty part. {{pic1}}
