Engine miss and goes into limp mode.

Engine runs well until it is revved to approximately 4500 rpm and will then go into limp mode. If you switch off the ignition it will start and run well until 4500 rpm again.

Checked live data to check:
Oxygen sensor switching (front and rear).
Mass airflow meter (MAF).
Smooth running data.
Check battery and charging voltage.
Check transmission P/N switch.
Clean mass airflow meter (MAF).
Check fuel injector fuel rate.
Fit new spark plugs.
Chech fuel pressure (58 psi).

Using Pico scope:
Check ignition coil trigger and output voltage.

Smoke test OK.

Repair history:
Engine oil and filter changed.
Transmission service.
Coolant serviced.
Spark plugs.
